I'm Yaqin Hei, an AI engineer focused on shipping large language models and multi-agent systems into production.

At Apple, I built conversational AI systems serving millions of users, specializing in continual learning and domain adaptation for LLMs. I also led a team that built multi-agent systems automating 70% of IT tasks for Fortune 500 companies.

These experiences taught me that the gap between AI research and production is enormous. I started this blog to share real engineering lessons — the kind you don't find in papers.
